These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Sinicuci ("we", "us", "the Platform", or "Sinicuci") and any individual ("you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, registers, or uses the services available at sinicuci.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

Sinicuci is an internationally operated online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and related services. The Platform operates under international gaming frameworks. Sinicuci does not hold a gaming licence issued by any Malaysian government authority. Online gambling exists in a legal grey area in Malaysia, and the Platform makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Sinicuci, you agree to be unconditionally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately and not register an account.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — The individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" — The total of all funds held in a Player's Account wallet, including real money deposits and any bonus credits that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit offer extended to a Player by Sinicuci subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document submission, address verification, and payment method confirmation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum aggregate value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" — The website accessible at sinicuci.cam and any related mobile-optimised interfaces or applications.
• "Services" — All gaming, betting, promotional, customer support, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — Any territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.

To register and maintain an Account on Sinicuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Sinicuci strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether your jurisdiction permits access to and use of online gaming services.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of Sinicuci or any of its affiliated companies or gaming service providers.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly should any details change. The provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. Sinicuci will never contact you to request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your Sinicuci Account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must notify Sinicuci's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether or not you have authorised such activity.
• Sinicuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

Sinicuci supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method. For most e-wallets the minimum is RM 30; for bank transfers the minimum is RM 100.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following approximately one network confirmation, typically 15–30 minutes.
• Sinicuci does not charge deposit processing fees. Network fees for cryptocurrency transfers are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party or anonymous payment sources are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered Account.
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is 15–30 minutes for DuitNow and Maybank transfers under normal operating conditions. Times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Sinicuci reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing timelines. Players will be notified if such checks apply.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw such funds will result in the removal of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

Sinicuci periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All such offers are subject to this Agreement and the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Sinicuci reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonuses where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is exploiting promotional mechanisms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, specific table games) may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Sinicuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed in good faith.

All bets placed on Sinicuci are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sport. Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. Where a result is subsequently overturned or amended by an official body, Sinicuci reserves the right to void, adjust, or recalculate affected bets in accordance with industry-standard practice.

• Bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted except where the Platform provides an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market.
• Sinicuci reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, per game, and per Player account. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of connectivity disruptions or game interruptions, Sinicuci's transaction records shall constitute the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes recorded.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Displayed RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical return values and do not guarantee short-term results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity or details of any other person.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Any such exploits discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected] and must not be utilised.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Facilitating access by persons under the minimum age of 21 to any Account on the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the technical integrity or operation of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Sinicuci brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sinicuci or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sinicuci, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials;
• Losses arising from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or third-party service provider outages;
• Loss of winnings or inability to access the Platform in jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform's services.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Sinicuci's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Sinicuci is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We provide the following tools free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps from your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at custom intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes) to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account for defined periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During exclusion, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Check: Real-time net profit/loss display accessible from the Account history panel at all times.

Sinicuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 8;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or to provide requested verification documentation;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• At the request of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Sinicuci reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the Player is found to have engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sinicuci is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Sinicuci makes no representation that the Platform, its services, or this Agreement comply with the laws of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction from which Players may access the Platform. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative.

Sinicuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. The English language version of this document shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.
